Dr. Fatma Al-Saeedi is an accomplished Kuwaiti scholar and associate professor in the department of nuclear medicine at the college of medicine, Kuwait university. She holds a Ph.d. in biomedical physics and bioengineering from the university of aberdeen, Scotland, an M.Sc. in medical physiology, and a B.Sc. in radiological sciences–nuclear medicine from Kuwait university. Additionally, she earned a prestigious postgraduate diploma in radiopharmaceutical chemistry and radiopharmacy from the center for radiopharmaceutical science of eth, psi, and usz in switzerland, accredited by the european association of nuclear medicine. Her research interests encompass oncological, biological, chemical, and radiopharmaceutical studies, with expertise in molecular imaging, Nuclear Medicine and animal disease models. proficient in arabic, english, and French, Dr. Al-Saeedi integrates interdisciplinary knowledge into advanced nuclear medicine education and research. She has an impressive academic record with 22 published documents, 318 citations from 301 sources, and an h-index of 8, reflecting her growing influence in biomedical and radiopharmaceutical sciences. Through her leadership roles and innovative work, she continues to advance kuwait’s academic and scientific contributions in nuclear medicine and molecular imaging at both national and international levels.
