Thierry Koumbi Mounanga is a Canadian scientist and researcher specializing in biomedical, analytical, and environmental chemistry. He earned his PhD from the University of Lorraine, France, focusing on the design and synthesis of complex amphiphilic antioxidant compounds with fungicidal applications. He later completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Toronto, where he developed expertise in spectroscopy-based surface characterization and multivariate data analysis. His research interests include sustainable chemical formulations, wood science technologies, Energy-Efficient Robotic Systems and environmental modeling. He has contributed to industrial collaborative projects and peer-reviewed publications while actively supporting graduate and undergraduate research and interdisciplinary academic initiatives.
