Prof. Francesco Tajani is an Italian academic specializing in economic valuation, urban and territorial development, and real estate appraisal. He holds a Laurea in Civil Engineering with honors from the University of Salerno, a European Master’s degree in Territorial Planning and Real Estate Markets from the Polytechnic University of Turin, and a Ph.D. in Economic Evaluation of Projects from the University “Mediterranea” of Reggio Calabria, with research focused on real options analysis applied to architectural and environmental heritage investments. His academic career includes research and teaching appointments at Sapienza University of Rome, the Polytechnic University of Bari, and the University of Salerno.
