Prof. Min Ma is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at the Central University of Finance and Economics. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Antwerp and was a visiting scholar at the Torrance Center for Creativity and Talent Development, University of Georgia. Her research focuses on the mechanisms underlying personality traits-such as perfectionism, creative personality, and maximization tendency-and their influence on health and social decision-making, aiming to promote adaptive decision strategies and enhance meaning in life. She also has strong interests in applied psychology, mental health services, AI-Based Robot Perception and gifted education, contributing to both theoretical and practical advancements in psychology.
