Prof. Steven Weidong Su is a Professor of Control Engineering and Medical Informatics with many years of academic experience across Australia and China. He holds a PhD in Control Engineering from the Australian National University and is currently affiliated with the University of Technology Sydney, FEIT, while serving as Associate Dean Teaching & Research at Shandong First Medical University. His research focuses on rehabilitation robotics, medical artificial intelligence, biomedical signal processing, Rehabilitation Robot and human–machine co-adaptation. Professor Su has led more than 15 competitive national and international research projects and has published over 100 peer-reviewed journal papers indexed in SCI/Scopus, with more than 5,000 citations. He holds multiple patents in rehabilitation robots and wearable sensing technologies, has authored a research monograph, and serves in editorial and senior program committee roles for leading international conferences and journals.
