Prof. Hsin-Yuan Chen is a distinguished Chang Jiang Scholar Professor and director at the center of digital technology entrepreneurship and innovation, Zhejiang University, China, and serves as an adjunct distinguished professor at Patil University, India. She holds a Ph.d. in aerospace engineering from national Cheng Kung university, where she also earned her bachelor’s degree through a direct Ph.d. program.
